Paid at the rate you earned it at.

pump.fun does not charge one creator fee. It charges twenty-five, set by how big the coin is — 0.950% just past the bonding curve, 0.050% at the top of the ladder. Your seconds are banked in the layer they were earned in, and each layer's money is split only across the people who were standing in it.

how it works

The fee is not a number. It is a schedule.

Every other fee-share design on this launchpad treats the creator fee as a constant. It is not one, and being wrong about that is being wrong by a factor of nineteen about where your own money came from.

01

You hold. Seconds land in a layer.

Balance × elapsed time, banked into whichever layer the coin is standing in. Here that is layer 4, where pump.fun pays the creator 0.800% of every trade.

1 token × 1s = 1 token-second
banked in layer 4

02

The coin climbs. The rate changes under you.

Market cap crosses a threshold and pump.fun moves to a different rate — 0.900%. New seconds bank in layer 2. The ones you already banked stay exactly where they were made.

layer 4 0.800% kept
layer 2 0.900% filling

03

A fee lands, and it knows where it came from.

The claim paid 0.900%, so it was generated while the coin was in layer 2 — and the reader proves that by dividing the fee by the volume. It is split across the seconds banked in layer 2. Layer 4 is not touched.

fee ÷ volume = 0.900%
             → layer 2

04

Those seconds burn. Everything else survives.

The seconds that were paid for are gone; they cannot be paid twice. Layer 4 still owes what it owed and will be paid when a fee comes in at 0.800%. Somebody arriving now can reach neither.

the ladder

All twenty-five rungs, as pump.fun publishes them

This is the schedule the whole mechanism reads. It is printed here in full so it can be checked against the source rather than taken on trust, and the engine serves the same table at /api/ladder.

fee schedule —
rungmarket capcreatorprotocol lptotalvenuebanked here

Rung 0 is the bonding curve. It charges the creator 0.300% — and so does rung 14, at 49,120 SOL. A rate alone therefore does not name a rung, which is why every measurement here carries the venue it was taken at. That collision was found by a test, not by reading.

who is in it

Every wallet, and the layers it banked in

The strip in each row is the ladder from rung 0 upward: a bright block is a layer this wallet has seconds owed in, a dim one is a layer it earned in and has already been paid for. It is the shape of when somebody was here.

Nothing is stored. No wallet connection, no signature, no cookie — this reads public account state and nothing else.

what it can't do

The parts most pages leave out

The reader has never run live

Every figure on this page is computed by the deployed engine over invented trade history. The arithmetic is real and the history is not. Before a single lamport is settled the reader has to be run against mainnet on a coin whose numbers can be checked by hand.

Balances are deltas

They are rebuilt from the ledger's own before-and-after for every account each transaction touched. That cannot miss a move that happened, but a reconstruction from deltas still cannot notice a delta it never saw — so every wallet is checked against a live read before anyone is paid, and one that disagrees is named and paid nothing.

Some swaps cannot be attributed

A transaction that swaps and does something else at the same time measures a rate that is on no rung. It is set aside rather than guessed at. The money still arrived and is still paid out — distributed on the shape of the swaps that were read, and the page prints what share of the money that shape covered.

Twenty-five layers.
Each one pays only the people who were in it.

The fee a coin pays its holders is set by how big the coin is. This is the first thing on the launchpad that reads that ladder and pays each layer's money back to where it was made.
